In addition, some of our recruiters were educated in the fields they recruit. Most of our staff members were hiring authorities for major corporations. JERI VITELLO
Meet Jeri Vitello. Jeri was educated in Communications Disorders at the University of Arizona. In addition to her education, she spent many years as a team manager for a Fortune 500 company. During her tenure, she became very well versed in the skills of interviewing and determining who makes a good hire.
She has consulted, searched and placed Speech Language Pathologists for over 3 years. Recently, her clients have requested that she expand her service to include Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists to complete their rehab team. JENNIFER SOCHOCKI
Jenny brings 11 years of Permanent Placement Recruiting experience to OPS Search Group after graduating from Eastern Michigan University. Since
2004, working specifically in Healthcare with Hospitals, Long Term Care
Facilities and Outpatient Clinics. Disciplines include Laboratory,
Nursing, Radiology, Rehabiliation, espiratory and Ultrasound in Staff,
Supervisory and Managerial positions.
Her philosophy is simple, making sure that "what's missing" in the
candidates position/career and the employers position/department is fully
understood so the best search can be done to make both parties
