New OPS team member - Jennifer Sochocki brings 11 years of Permanent Placement Recruiting experience to OPS Search Group after graduating from Eastern Michigan University.  Since 2004, working specifically in Healthcare with Hospitals, Long Term Care Facilities and Outpatient Clinics.  Disciplines include Laboratory, Nursing, Radiology, ehabiliation, Respiratory and Ultrasound in Staff, Supervisory and Managerial positions.

Her philosophy is simple, making sure that "what's missing" in the candidates position/career and the employers position/department is fully understood so the best search can be done to make both parties happy/fulfilled.  A WIN - WIN is the only outcome acceptable.
